About me
Ally Moore
Now that you’re here, I wanted to introduce myself in a little more detail.
I believe therapy is a deeply relational experience; a space where we can explore vulnerabilities, be seen and heard by another human, and gently open ourselves to change. It’s about safety, connection, and the courage to explore the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to quiet.
I’ve spent most of my career working in the sexual violence space, walking alongside people as they navigate trauma, resilience, and healing. In that work, I’ve witnessed incredible strength in the ways people rebuild themselves after pain and learn to trust again. Those experiences shaped how I show up now: with deep empathy, care and a passion for helping people step into their full, unapologetic pleasure and confidence.
My work today is all about helping people explore what pleasure means to them. Maybe it’s discovering your body for the first time, deepening intimacy with a partner, or finding confidence and clarity while dating. Whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between, my approach is about curiosity, communication, and building a relationship with yourself that feels grounded, open, and alive.
When you start to feel connected to your own pleasure and confidence, it changes everything. It’s not just about sex. It’s about how you move through the world, how you speak your truth, and how you allow yourself to be seen. Pleasure expands beyond the bedroom; it’s an energy that infuses your whole life.
I grew up in the Blue Mountains, surrounded by fresh air, gum trees, and quiet stretches of nature that always felt like home. Being in nature has always been my grounding place, somewhere I can return to in moments of need, to breathe and reset. These days, I’m grateful to live in gorgeous North Bondi, where the ocean has become that same source of calm and connection. The rhythm of the waves reminds me a lot of life: sometimes they crash and the swells feel big, but then the water settles again, and we find our footing. There’s movement, balance, and always a return to stillness.
And through it all, there’s Reuben — my goofy, loyal dog who keeps me laughing and reminds me not to take life too seriously.
